We offer you different payment options for your purchase in our online shop. Just choose the one that suits your needs the best:
Under certain conditions, there may be restrictions for some payment methods, e.g. if the delivery address is different to the billing address, orders from abroad or certain order values. For telephonic orders the payment methods prepayment or Paypal are possible only..
When choosing the payment method Prepayment / Bank transfer please transfer the invoice total, including your order number (OrderID) in the purpose field, to the following bank account:

As soon as we can book your payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. As soon as the payment is complete stock items are prepared for shipping or we will start with the production of your product.
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops – free of charge.

Safe: Your bank or credit card details are only registered on PayPal. Therefore they are not sent over the internet at every Online purchase.

You are welcome to pick up the ordered items directly at our office and pay by cash.
Please send us a short e-mail for this purpose or make an appointment by telephone for pick up.
Payment by EC or credit card is currently not possible when picking up.
For production/order items a deposit of 50% of the total price is required by prepayment / bank transfer
You will be automatically informed by e-mail or telephone when the order process is completed.
Please note that the shipment or the production of the ordered items can only be prepared after the payment has been received.
